Digital Services

Once work has commenced or digital assets have been delivered, refunds are generally not provided. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues within the scope of the project.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested before work begins will be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.
